Revised Guidelines for the MPF Call for Proposals 2022

  • Updated ‘Call for Proposals - Migration Partnerships’ (AMIF funds)  and MPF Call for Proposals 2023 – Borders & Security (ISF and BMVI funds) have been published on the MPF website.

Concept notes and applications may be submitted on a rolling basis, however all activities contained within the timeline of the proposal must be completed by 31 May 2027.

Migration Partnerships: Key changes in a nutshell as of 17 June 2024

  • Updated language on labour mobility, with reference to latest policy documents
  • Lot 1: Eligibility of non-public actors to lead if they have a co-applicant from the public sector.
  • Removal of Western Balkans and Eastern Partnership from geographical scope
  • Lot 2: De-prioritisation of Nigeria and Senegal until Talent Partnerships are signed with these countries.
  • Revision of cases requiring support letters
  • Revision of scoring in evaluation grids
  • Revised financial envelope with inclusion of fresh funds for a total of EUR 19MIL.
