All proposals shall involve at least one EU MS participating in ISF[1] and at least one partner country from the regions detailed below:
EU Southern Neighborhood[2], Sub-Saharan Africa[3], Central Asia[4] and South and West Asia[5].
[1] All EU MS are eligible except Denmark.
